В Австралии под Сиднеем проведена эвакуация жильцов одного из небоскребов, где на минувшей неделе слышали треск строения.
На этот раз принято решение провести тщательное расследование всех причин происходящего. Здание будет обследовано специалистами, которые определят, насколько здание опасно для проживания в нем людей. В данный момент известно, что на десятом этаже здания обнаружена большая трещина. Всего в доме 34 этажа.
Все жильцы аварийной высотки и соседних домов были эвакуированы. Число потерпевших составило около 3 000 человек. Они размещены в гостиницах. Им предоставляется компенсация.

Sydney Olympic Park: Residents of the 30-storey Opal Tower on Australia Avenue have evacuated their building after hearing ‘cracking’ noises. There are fears the structure could collapse. Apartment tower was completed in August. Residents from nearby properties have also been told to leave or are not being allowed back to their homes. Instead, they are being redirected to a police command post. Police are documenting children from a nearby childcare business as they are taken from the scene. There are numerous exclusion zones around the structure as authorities work to establish if the building is safe. Aerial footage from our helicopter shows fire crews setting up tents while police redirect traffic and pedestrians.
